Cancellation Policy
Orders containing personalized or perishable items, such as flowers and cakes, cannot be canceled once they have been processed. However, you can cancel orders with standard products as long as they haven't been dispatched yet. We typically process orders within a few hours and dispatch them the same day. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
To cancel an order, you can reach out to our customer care at +91 8329976477, or you can email us at support@bakebuddy.in. For valid cancellations, we will initiate your refund within 24 hours of the cancellation request.
Refund & Exchange Policy
For "Hand Delivered Products (flowers & cakes):
Returns/Refunds are not accepted for these products as they are perishable. However, if you encounter issues such as damaged, incorrect, missing, or poor-quality products, please contact us at +91 8329976477 or email us at support@bakebuddy.in. We will offer an appropriate solution by either replacing the product or compensating for the error through a refund or by issuing a Bake Buddy gift voucher. The voucher can be used on bakebuddy.in for up to 12 months. We will process the refund or issue the gift voucher within 24 hours.
Bakebuddy.in is not responsible for compensation in any form for any "Hand delivered" order in the following situations:

If the complaint is raised more than 48 hours after the delivery time.

If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or uncontactable at the provided address at the time of delivery.

If the recipient refuses to accept the product.
In these scenarios, the order will be considered as attempted, and requests for reattempt or refund/cancellations will not be accepted.
For any complaints, we require an image of the delivered product to be sent to us for investigation.
